Terms of Service

You must have a valid Discord account and be old enough to use Discord in your jurisdiction. If you install PowerKits on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your Discord account and for the actions of admins you add to your server. Keep your dashboard credentials and Stripe API keys confidential.

You agree not to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Use the Service to spam, harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Sell illegal, infringing, adult, or otherwise prohibited goods through purchase panels.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service.

We may suspend or remove the bot from any server that violates these rules.

Each server admin connects their own Stripe API key. You — the admin — are the merchant of record for every sale that runs through your server. You are responsible for taxes, refunds, chargebacks, fulfillment, and customer support for those sales. PowerKits is not a party to the transaction between you and your members.

Subscription roles are granted and revoked based on webhook events received from your Stripe account. If Stripe is unavailable or sends delayed events, role state may lag accordingly.

Some PowerKits features require a paid plan. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

We work to keep the Service running but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on Discord, Stripe, and third-party hosting providers, and may be unavailable during their outages or our maintenance windows.

You retain ownership of the content you and your members post in your server. You grant PowerKits a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service (for example, storing ticket transcripts so you can review them).

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowerKits and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server and closing your dashboard account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if continued operation is not commercially viable.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
