Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by the PowerKits team to explain what data PowerKits collects when you install our Discord bot, sign in to the dashboard, or make a purchase through a server using PowerKits. It is informational and does not create a contract.
1. Information we collect
When you use PowerKits we may process:
- Your Discord account ID, username, avatar, and email (from Discord OAuth).
- Server (guild) metadata for servers you administer: name, icon, channel IDs, role IDs, and the list of admins.
- Event data the bot needs to function: joins, tickets opened/closed, and message transcripts inside ticket channels.
- Purchase metadata when a member buys a product: Discord ID, product ID, amount, currency, and Stripe checkout/customer IDs. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
- Standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security.
2. How we use it
- To operate the bot's features in your server.
- To show analytics, ticket history, and purchase history in your dashboard.
- To process payments and grant subscription roles on your behalf.
- To detect abuse and keep the service reliable.
We do not sell your data and we do not use private message content to train models.
3. Who has access
PowerKits acts as a processor for the server administrators who install it. Server admins can see data tied to their own server. We share data only with the subprocessors that make the product work: Discord (platform), Stripe (payments), Supabase / Lovable Cloud (database and auth), and the hosting providers running the bot and dashboard.
4. Retention
We keep operational data for as long as the bot is installed in your server. Ticket transcripts persist until you delete them. If you remove the bot we keep aggregated analytics but delete personally identifying records on request.
5. Your rights
You can request access, export, or deletion of your personal data by emailing the address below. We will respond within 30 days. You can also remove the bot from any server you administer at any time from the Discord server settings.
6. Cookies
The dashboard uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session state. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
7. Changes
If we materially change this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify dashboard users in-app.
